1) Software using Microsoft Access: If your software can be built around Microsoft Access, the cost will be the lowest. Microsoft Access is a good choice for accounting software and widely used. The rates below apply to such access software -

Access based software
1.	Analyzing the organization structure and designing the database	2000/-
2.	Creating the computer database	1500/-
3.	Creating forms (per form basis)	500/-
4.	Creating reports (per report basis)	400/-
5.	Yearly maintenance charge (optional)	2000/-

For an application with 8 forms & 12 reports the total cost will be = 2000 + 1500 + 500 x 8 + 400 x 12 = 12300/- without maintainance charge. Maintenance charge will apply only after you agree to have our technical help, if needs be.
